Jemena Cash Rebates Step by Step process

In order to claim the Jemena (and Rinnai additional offers, where applicable) you must have done the following:

1. Purchased a new Natural Gas appliance from The Gas Showroom and had the Gas Girls technicians/a licensed plumber install it for you in your Home, replacing your NON- Natural gas Appliance.

2. The Gas Showroom Girls will then issue and give you a “Certificate of Compliance” * along with your proof of purchase document. You will then be ready to claim your Cash Back Rebate.
(Note: The Gas Girls will assist you to complete your online claim form)

3. After you have submitted your valid claim, you will receive a Natural Gas Cash Back Eftpos card with your relevant appliance incentive amount in the post within 4 weeks.

4.You will need to follow the instructions sent with the Eftpos card, to request activation, before you can start spending your Cash Back!

Checklist
Before you can claim your cash back, you need some information and documentation ready.

• Copy of your Sales Invoice for an eligible appliance
• *Certificate of Compliance( ensure you have the correct certificate from the Girls)  from your Gas Specialist The Gas Showroom for the appliance installation stating:
  – Gas meter number
  – Name of your Gas Specialist
  – New appliance brand and model
• Details of your old appliance brand and model
